Need help with AylaTV? Write to info@aylatek.nl and describe the problem, your device (iPhone or Apple TV) and, if you can, what you saw on screen. Please never send your IPTV password or playlist address by email.

What AylaTV is

AylaTV is a player for IPTV services that you already have. It does not provide or sell channels, movies, playlists or subscriptions. For a missing channel, a movie that is not in your playlist or a problem with your subscription, please contact your IPTV provider.

Getting started

• Create a free AylaTV account in the app, or sign in.
• Open Settings > Subscription, enter your M3U Plus playlist address (and an optional programme-guide address) and choose Test & Save.
• Want to look around first? Tap Explore Demo Content to try the app with public test streams.

Common questions

A channel or movie does not play. Check the playlist address with your provider. HLS (.m3u8) streams work best; MKV and MPEG-TS streams use a fallback player.

My subscription is not on my other device. Sign in with the same AylaTV account. The subscription is stored in your account and loads when the app opens or returns to the foreground. Use Settings > Refresh Playlist to reload it.

Offline downloads. Available on iPhone for movies and episodes, when your provider serves a downloadable file. Live TV and streaming-only (HLS) items cannot be downloaded. The Apple TV app does not offer downloads.

Language. Settings > Language: System, English or Arabic.

Delete my account. Settings > Account > Delete Account removes your account and all data stored for it. See the privacy policy.
